Head Caterer Marisa Donovan, has gathered recipes, flavours, ideas and presentation styles over the past 20 years, from her catering and cooking experience both in Sydney and Dublin.

Influenced by her Sicilian roots and the Anglo-Italian home-style cooking of her mother, Marisa has based Laughing Zoo's menu on the Mediterranean flavours she is most familiar with, adding a dash of other tastes along the way.

Maintaining a family tradition, Laughing Zoo Catering also offers a range of delectable Italian and Australian biscuits, cakes and sweets, based on baking secrets passed down from generation to generation.
